Unusual Major Storm Threat in Quang Ninh: Early Warning of Potential Damage and Call for Proactive Preparedness
Foreword:Vashna Group extends an early warning to our valued readers, especially the residents of Quang Ninh province, regarding the risk of a highly destructive storm currently forming and heading toward the region. The sole purpose of this information is to assist the community in making necessary preparations to minimize loss of life and property. This message is not intended to cause panic or manipulate public opinion.
VASHNA SPECIAL REPORT – April 18, 2025
We hope that you receive this information with an open and understanding mindset—not only for your safety but also for the collective security of the community.
In an era when nature’s behaviour becomes increasingly unpredictable, every warning—whether derived from scientific observation or intuitive insight—can serve as a crucial signal, enabling us to proactively mitigate risks and maintain essential calm amid any upheaval.
Details of the warning from Vashna Thien Kim on April 14, 2025
Basis for the Early Warning: This alert is based on Vashna’s detection and analysis of an unusual "vortex-type acoustic wave" moving southeastward.
1. Expected Storm Landfall Timing:
Based on the current speed of this acoustic wave and model analyses, Vashna forecasts that, barring significant changes or obstacles, Quang Ninh may face this storm within less than a month, potentially starting from May 4-5, 2025, or even earlier. If the wave slows down due to interference, the landfall could be delayed, but it is still expected within 50 days from today.
However, it is important to note that as the storm approaches land, its intensity may weaken slightly due to terrain friction and changes in atmospheric humidity. That said, in the scenario where the storm does not significantly weaken, there remains a high risk of strong gusts, widespread heavy rainfall, and coastal flooding, particularly in areas such as Hạ Long, Cẩm Phả, and Vân Đồn, etc,... Preparations should be taken seriously.

2. Analysis of the Mechanism:2.1 Cosmic Acoustic Waves – The Trigger for Atmospheric Disturbances
When these energy waves enter Earth’s atmosphere, they interact not only with the magnetic field but also alter the temperature structure and molecular density at the interface layers between hot and cold air masses.
Notably, waves with high frequency or wide amplitude, when directed at a specific area with sufficient intensity, can cause sudden thermodynamic disturbances, leading to uneven expansion between air layers.
2.2 From Temperature Differences to Abnormal Convection Currents
Temperature changes induced by these energy waves activate strong convection currents. Rapidly rising warm air and abnormally descending cold air create a low-pressure atmospheric disturbance.
If this process is sustained by high sea surface temperatures (such as those in the East Sea region), the low-pressure area intensifies, developing into a tropical depression and subsequently a storm.
This mechanism aligns closely with modern meteorological models but adds an initial external "activation dynamic" from beyond Earth—something conventional models cannot directly measure but can be inferred through observed phenomena.
2.3 Concentrated Energy Wave Trajectory – Creating an Unusual Storm Path
According to observations by Vashna Thien Kim Sri, this wave exhibits a spiral structure (similar to an energy axis shockwave), with moderate amplitude but focused direction, persisting over several days in the southeastern East Sea area near Ha Long Bay, Quang Ninh.
Such a wave structure causes energy convergence rather than dispersion, intensifying the dynamic force at a specific central zone. This explains the possibility of a storm forming with an atypical trajectory, deviating from previously recorded meteorological patterns.
Specifically, instead of moving southward toward Central Vietnam or dissipating within the bay, the storm may travel directly northward, approaching Quang Ninh almost head-on.
This is not the first time we have recorded such phenomena. Previously, we reported similar waves entering Earth’s atmosphere, generating powerful storms that made landfall in Vietnam, notably storms Tra Mi and super typhoon Yagi. Although the intensity of the current wave is estimated at 70% of those prior events, the storm’s strength upon formation could still reach category 12, as mentioned.

3. Projected Scenario of Nature’s Fury:
Imagine an unwelcome scenario: winds begin to howl intermittently, intensifying to gusts of category 12—strong enough to tear off fragile roofs and topple seemingly sturdy ancient trees.
The storm is classified as level 3 (orange) in the disaster warning system. Coastal areas such as Ha Long, Cam Pha, and Van Don could experience unusually high sea surges combined with large waves, breaching dikes and inundating low-lying residential zones and aquaculture farms. Despite efforts to secure moored vessels, the violent gusts may cause severe damage.
Inland, one-story houses and temporary structures face risks of roof loss and wall collapse. Construction sites and large advertising billboards become potential hazards. Heavy rains accompanying the storm may cause localized urban flooding and disrupt transportation. More seriously, signs of fissures forming a depression at the core of Quang Ninh – Ha Long territory have been observed, potentially exacerbating geological instability and complicating conditions during the storm’s landfall.
This grim outlook illustrates the catastrophic impact the forecasted storm could bring if it strikes Quang Ninh without weakening.
4. Vashna’s Call to Action:
We acknowledge that this early forecast is based on Vashna’s specialized analyses and may differ from official sources. However, given past observations and comparisons with previous events, we feel responsible for issuing this warning.
All warnings stem from goodwill, aiming to provide the community with valuable time to plan preventive measures, reinforce homes, stockpile food and essentials, and prepare evacuation plans if necessary.
Once again, Vashna urges Quang Ninh residents to remain calm and avoid panic but never underestimate the threat. Actively monitor information from multiple sources, especially official announcements from authorities, and begin practical preparations for yourself and your family immediately.
This warning is not intended to replace official bulletins but serves as an additional precaution, helping people prepare in a world where climate patterns are increasingly unstable.
Vashna will continue to monitor this phenomenon and provide timely updates closely.
